1. HANDBAGS (READY TO SHIP)

Our handbags are produced in advance through a controlled manufacturing process and stocked within our fulfillment network to ensure consistent quality and reliable delivery. This allows us to offer fast, predictable shipping while maintaining the integrity of each design.

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days
Orders placed during peak seasons or holidays may require up to 1 additional business day

Shipping Time

Standard U.S. Delivery: 2–3 business days

2. MADE-TO-ORDER APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

Most Swallow Atelier garments and select lifestyle items are created after your order is placed. This intentional production model allows us to reduce waste, focus on craftsmanship, and produce with care rather than excess.

Some Swallow Atelier designs are offered as pre-order due to their detailed design and production process. These pieces are created after purchase to preserve design integrity and allow for thoughtful production.

What Pre-Order Means

Pre-order items are not kept in inventory. Once your order is confirmed, production begins specifically for your piece, followed by shipment upon completion.
